Single-Leg Deadlift

 

Description

  • Balance on one leg with knee slightly bent
  • The other leg should be help behind you close to straight
  • Being careful not to fall, lean forward until you feel a slight stretch in the back of your standing leg
  • Slowly return to the starting position
  • Repeat on same leg for desired repetitions
  • Change legs and repeat
