Suspension Chest Press

This is the overall best because it uses your whole body, moves your body rather than the weight but gives you the instability of dumbbell chest pres.

Dumbbell Chest Press

Doesn’t have to be on a ball, but dumbbells are great because you get instability and your own range of motion.

Resistance Band Chest Press

Also great because you get instability and your own range of motion.

Push Ups

The most basic and one of the best. Moving your own body rather than moving an object is always better.
