Positive

I like the fact that Sara is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Being from the fitness industry, I can tell you that hers is a top-notch certification that not just anyone can acquire. Sara is the real deal. Not that it means everything, but Sarah was a trainer who started this program for moms rather than the other way around. The workouts use strength and cardio circuits and only take 15-30 minutes each day. That’s pretty good news for the demanding life of a new mother. The 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program requires almost no equipment. Hand weights would be nice, but not required. For the money, I’m pretty impressed by the amount of product you get:

  • 8 exercise videos
  • Nutrition guide
  • Daily journal

 

Weakness

I hate it when I can’t find anything for this paragraph.  I can only say that I’m usually a little suspect by the claims of 15-30 minute programs. But, Sara has some pretty rabid fans touting impressive results by this program. So, it can’t be too easy.

 

Summary

A sound program developed by a fitness expert tailored specifically for mom’s weight loss. And, a huge package of materials to help out…honestly, I don’t think you can go too wrong with this program.
