There are unlimited ways to put together an ab routine. But, when I do one, I always try to make sure I include one from each of the four muscle groups. To see the groups and a list of ab exercises in each, click here.
Notes:
- Each routine is sufficient for one day.
- Do each exercise for one minute or until fatigue, whichever comes first.
- Rest only up to 30 seconds between each exercise.
