I chose this because nothing beats a weight-bearing exercise where you are propelling your body forward or up against gravity. It also requires little or no equipment and beginners can start with walking and then gradually move up to jogging or running if desired.

I chose this because nothing beats moving your body weight up against gravity. It’s also very easy on your joints if you don’t take too big a step. Coming down, on the other hand is a trick.
Elliptical
I chose elliptical training because it is weight-bearing, but has no impact. If you have any joint discomfort, this exercise is for you.
Weight training
Weight training is a must for any goal. In this case, the more muscle you have, the higher metabolism. That means that you will burn more calories and fat 24/7.
Circuit training
Circuit training is a great way to burn more calories in the shortest amount of time.
