Keep in mind that to accomplish any fitness related goal, it’s important to make sure you are doing all the necessary things you need. I.E. proper warm up, strength exercises, cardio, stretching, etc. Also, you need to make sure you’re not doing too much too soon, or progressing too quickly. Therefore, you should probably organize your activities for exercises into a workout program. You can either create your own, or purchase a packaged workout program.
Also, some of these activities are listed in more than one category. That’s because the activity can have multiple intensities based on how hard you work at it. I.E. cycling can be considered low intensity if you go out for a casual ride, but it can also be considered high intensity if you are riding vary hard uphill. Get it?
