Pulldown AKA Lat Pulldown or Pull Downs are among the better back exercises. Their weakness is that they move an object in your hand rather than forcing you to move your body like in Pullup. But, on the other hand, most people can’t pull their own body weight, so this exercise is as good as it gets. Remember, an exercise is only as good as the workout program it is part of. Make sure you check out Best Exercises Programs.
