TRX Rows

TRX Rows are one of the very best back exercises.  They are beneficial because anytime you are moving your body instead of moving the object in your hands, you are using more muscle and using more energy. This leads to more strength, calorie burning, etc. The only reason that they are not on my 5 Best Exercises Overall is because I already had a TRX exercise on the list and I didn’t want to seem biased. Obviously, you have to have a TRX suspension training system in order to accomplish them. TRX Rows

Description

  • Hold the handles in your hands with your arms extended
  • Position your feet in the place where your body weight is suitable for this exercise. . The farther back, the easier it will be. The closer up, the harder it will be. This may take a few adjustments to get it right
  • Exhale as you slowly pull the cables to pull your torso toward your hands.
  • Inhale as you return to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions or until fatigued
