Pull Ups or Chin Ups are without a doubt one of the better back exercises. They’re extremely effective because instead of simply moving a weight in your hands, like in the Pulldown, you are moving your body. Their weakness is that most people can’t pull their own body weight, so unfortunately, most people can’t do this exercise. Pull Ups
Description
- Grip the pull up bar
- Exhale as you pull your body up leading with your chest
- Inhale as you slowly lower to the starting position
- Stop before fully extending your arms
- Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions or until fatigued
