Ball Knee Tuck Exercise

This exercise is sometimes called a ball roll out or some other name. You can think of it as a pike using a stability ball, but you get to bend your knees. It is most similar to the TRX Ab exercise. Benefits

Helps flex the spine and maintain control over abdominal muscles and helps stabilize your spine and pelvis.

Main focus is on the rectus abdominus.

 

Instructions

  • Place yourself in a push up position with your lower legs on the ball.
  • Exhale as you tighten your abs and maintaining straight legs, pull your feet towards your chest.
  • Inhale as you return to nearly the starting position.
  • Repeat for as many repetitions as desired.
