Ball Knee Tuck Exercise
This exercise is sometimes called a ball roll out or some other name. You can think of it as a pike using a stability ball, but you get to bend your knees. It is most similar to the TRX Ab exercise. Body Parts Used
Main focus is on the rectus abdominus.
Instructions
- Place yourself in a push up position with your lower legs on the ball.
- Exhale as you tighten your abs and maintaining straight legs, pull your feet towards your chest.
- Inhale as you return to nearly the starting position.
- Repeat for as many repetitions as desired.
