Single-Leg Deadlift
Description
- Balance on one leg with knee slightly bent
- The other leg should be help behind you close to straight
- Being careful not to fall, lean forward until you feel a slight stretch in the back of your standing leg
- Slowly return to the starting position
- Repeat on same leg for desired repetitions
- Change legs and repeat
